Q: What is the cost for a consult?
A: Consults are $125.00.
Q: Does the $125.00 include the price of medication?
A: No, the $125.00 covers the price of the consult only.
Q: Do you require Medical Records and Photo ID?
A: Yes, we require that you fax current Medical Records and a copy of your Photo ID to us before we can schedule you for a consult.
Q: Is there a minimum age requirement?
A: Yes, the minimum age to use our service
is 25.
Q: What pharmacy do you use?
A: Local Community Pharmacy
Q: How many refills will I receive?
A: The standard is 2 refills.
Q: What if the doctor fails to prescribe any medication?
A: You will receive a refund - less a $30.00
administrative fee.
Q: Is C.O.D acceptable?
A: No, at this time we only accept Major Credit Cards, and Money
Orders. Although the pharmacy will accept C.O.D for your medication.
Q: Are my card details secured using your web site?
A: Yes we use a 128bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to process
all card transactions. This is the highest level of security possible for
Credit Card transactions.
Q: Are my details passed on to any other company?
A: Absolutely not, we insure confidentiality at all times and
do not disclose personal information to anyone. Medical information is
passed to
your Doctor
only.
Q: HOW DOES AN ONLINE CONSULTATION WORK?
A: Online consultations are the latest concept in health
care utilizing
the Internet to improve patient access to physician care. The
patient completes an medical questionnaire in the same manner as they would
in
a physician's
office. Although online consultations will never take the
place of traditional medicine, they do provide an effective means for patients
to receive
treatment for a specific number of conditions that, in many circumstances,
may not
require a physical exam.
Q: WHAT PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS DO YOU DISPENSE?
A: We only offer medications that can be prescribed from online consultations.
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?
A: Once your order is approved; it will be forwarded to the pharmacy for fulfillment.
When the pharmacy receives your prescription, it will be filled and shipped
via Federal Express. At time of delivery, an adult
signature is required in order to release the medication to you. This is to
assure
the protection
of
you and others. If an adult is not available to sign
for
the package, Federal
Express will make up to 3 delivery attempts, as well
as indicate a pick-up facility.
Q: CAN I RETURN MY MEDICATION FOR A REFUND?
A. Due to Federal Law, we are unable to accept returned
prescription medications.
Q: DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Q: CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE THE ORDER
HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
A: Unfortunately due to the way our account is set
up with FedEx,
addresses can not be changed after a tracking number
has been assigned
to your
order. So please make sure that you enter the correct
shipping address before
submitting
your order. If you are planning to leave out
of town during the period that your order is going to be delivered, please
try
to have someone
available to sign for your package or have a neighbor
sign for it.
If this
is not
possible
then FedEx will attempt to deliver 3 times
before returning your package. You
may also call your local FedEx office and have
them
hold it for you
if you
need a few extra days to pick it up. Please
note that we can not call FedEx to have them hold it for you.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS
IF MY
ORDER HAS BEEN DECLINED?
A: We use a system that authorizes your available
credit
at
the
time
the
order is placed. If the physician or pharmacy
declines your request,
you
will not
be charged. The authorization to your credit/debit
card will cancel
within 5 business days.
Q: WHAT IS THE TOTAL TIME IT WILL TAKE FOR
ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: Orders take a total of 1-3 business days to process
and 2 business days to ship so the total time from your initial order date
would be
3-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday
excluding Holidays. Please
be aware that on rare occasions our pharmacies
may
run
out of stock and this
could
delay your order shipping date by 1-3 business
days. If your order is out of stock you will receive an email updating
you of
the status
and
new estimated
shipping date.
