  • To receive your refills in a timely manner patient must contact the pharmacy directly to request prescription refills.

  • Upon receipt of your prescription be sure to read all instructions that pertain to your medication.

  • Any questions regarding your refill(s) need to be directed to the pharmacy.

  • Questions on prescriptions, medication and orders are handled directly by the pharmacy.

  • Please be sure to retain your medication bottle, the contact phone number and refill order dates are indicated on the package.

REFILL POLICY

All refills must be ordered directly through the pharmacy. Get Online Doctor does not have refill dates or tracking numbers. All prescription questions must be directed to the pharmacies directly. Phone numbers are provided via your email appointment. If you have any problems with shipping or charges from the pharmacy you must also contact the pharmacy directly.
