- If you are a New Patient your credit card will be charged $125.00 after your consultation and only if our doctor can offer you treatment.
- If you are a Returning Patient your credit card will be $85.00 after your consultation and only if our doctor can offer you treatment.
- In situations where GetOnlineDoctor.com cannot offer you a treatment option, a full refund will be credited back to your credit card, minus a $30.00 administrative fee.

Shipping & Handling
*Please Advise: Medication will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
Orders are sent out to our patients directly from the pharmacy. All shipping charges are billed by the pharmacy when the prescriptions are filled. All shipping questions need to be handled directly by the Pharmacy staff. Your tracking number will be confirmed to you by email from the specific shipping provider once the specific shipping provider has assigned a tracking number to your order – usually by 8pm EST. All orders are shipped in boxes (at no additional charge).
